Creating leverage will make you wealthy for the pure fact that you can produce more in one day with more people other then just yourself. Just like John Paul Getty once said: “I would Rather Have 1% of the efforts of 100 people, then 100% of the efforts of myself” WHY because if you decide to go on vacation, take a day off, you were sick or I just decided not to work one day, you would still have 99 other people still working that makes you that 1% income. College!!! Although Necessary is not what it’s cracked up to be and you could be wasting your money BIG TIME…..
What does College really do for your children? When you think about the money you spend, the time it takes and the end result, your kids really have no life but to work for at least the next 40 years. All it does for most College graduates is give them a Low paying job if any and having to work for someones else’s dream so that they can hopefully retire in their sixties.
Even if you go on to become a Doctor, Dentist, Lawyer, Teacher, engineer, Web Designer, Executive of a Corporation or any other profession that requires you to be there to earn income, you will be trading time for dollars for the next 40 years. WHY! would you do that if you had other options?
Some people don’t know they have options and were raised with the principles of; go to school, get a high paying job with benefits and retire in forty years….. Yuck!!!
Now don’t get me wrong, I think it’s very important that kids go to a four year college and get their degree, I know I will send my kids to one and would hope you would do the same. BUT! not with the mind set of getting a JOB and working for someone else other than the experience for the first two years out of college and then on to the real world of life… Owning Your Own Business!
That’s right “Profits are Better than Wages” and if you don’t get that than go to College and work for someone else for the next 40 years. I will teach my kids how they can retire in their twenties or thirties and not their sixties…… Life is to short to work for the next 40+ years and it’s my mission to help as many people as I can to learn this concept that I am about to teach you.
So how do you get wealthy? It is a fact that if you want to become wealthy, other than winning the Lottery you must leverage yourself with either people or money. Now if you don’t have money you must start a business that requires little to no investment at all with the potential of a huge residual income stream. You also want to start a business that requires little to no risk at all because starting a business that requires you to put up your life savings or leveraging your home is extremely risky.
I want to make it clear that I am talking to the Entrepreneurs of the world because there are a lot of people out there that just want a JOB with a so called steady pay check and benefits. That’s great! because I still need people to teach my kids at an early age, Build me homes, check my family out if we get sick or hurt, wash our cars, clean our house and a multitude of other services that are needed for life to become easier. My goal which is my “WHY” is to teach others the business that will give them and their family a better way of life for generations to come, with the right business vehicle. Profits Are Better Than Wages
I have been self employed for so long I forgot what it was like to get a pay check. The funny part is once I started my own business I sometimes never got a pay check and now I get one everyday.
You Must Believe To Achieve
One of my mentors (Jim Rohn) said it best “Profits Are Better Than Wages” and until four years ago I never thought of it that way. I just wanted to own my own business and build an empire of Fame, Fortune and Friends, to live in the biggest houses and drive the nicest cars until my mentor said something to me: Rich if you want to really live life you must understand that life is not all about making money, it goes far beyond that. It’s about Family, Faith and Friends and that is what will create fortunes for you and it will also leave a legacy that people will remember forever.
So the three F’s Family, Faith, and Friends sounded good to me and for the twenty years I have been in business it didn’t hit me until just a couple years ago that if I really wanted to live life, I better start thinking about helping others first. That’s when it all changed, that’s when life started to get real for me, it wasn’t about me anymore, it was about helping others live a life they always wanted and by doing that I could get anything I wanted in life. How perfect is that?
A life, a job, a business of helping others create a legacy and all I have to do is teach them the three F’s, Family, Faith and Friends…… The greatest thing that cold have ever happened to me was to change my career and become involved in the people business, Network Marketing.
In my eyes there is no better business that rewards you for helping people. The systems created for your success is simple, fun and very powerful. The power of duplication is far more powerful than any other business especially in Network Marketing because everyone has the same amount to gain. Once you get it started it grows so fast that it literally grows out of control making you and your team the income you always dreamed of. You talk about a powerful way to bond with your family and friends, if only they would have faith in you.
Here is how you get them to have faith in you so that you can create a legacy that they will always be remembered? The number one skill of a Network Marketer is not sales, its not being highly educated, its all in the mindset that Network Marketing works and nobody is going to stop you from getting to your dreams and goals.
Here is the skill you must master though: COMMUNICATION! Learn this and your off to the races to the greatest life you could ever have. If you need help on the skills of communication and you just don’t feel you have what it takes than use a good sponsor to do the talking for you, then you just have to be a good INVITER. A good Inviter is one who can say very little but make it so interesting that your prospect will be dying to find out what it is.
