Create Leverage to Build Residual Income

We all have 24 hours in a day and most of us live in a area where there is more then enough opportunity to earn income.  The question is where are you looking to secure your future and more importantly, pay your bills, keep food on the table, a roof over your head and live a good life.

Now there is a difference between going to work to pay the bills living a good life and building a business that creates leverage to live a great life.  The question is do you want to live like the Rich and Famous or just live pay check to pay check, living off credit cards and hope to retire when your 65?

Most if not 95% of the world live pay check to pay check because they don’t understand the power of leverage.  Leverage yourself to create fortunes and live life like a king or Queen.

  • INVEST WISELY:  Don’t put all your eggs in one basket, diversify and be smart.
  • WORK SMART, NOT HARD:  Working hard is good but working smart is powerful.

The reason the Rich get Richer is because they follow the simple steps above and you can do the same thing if you just understand that fortunes are made by leveraging yourself with people.  Creating leverage will make you wealthy for the pure fact that you can produce more in one day with more people other then just yourself.  Just like John Paul Getty once said: “I would Rather Have 1% of the efforts of 100 people, then 100% of the efforts of myself”  WHY because if you decide to go on vacation, take a day off, you were sick or I just decided not to work one day, you would still have 99 other people still working that makes you that 1% income.  Just think if you had thousands of people!

So how do you get hundreds if not thousands of people working with you without the headaches and cost of getting there?  SIMPLE! you build a Network of like minded individuals that all have the same amount to gain as you do.  To work smart is not hard, you just have to ask the smart ones how they got there and just follow their lead.  They are more then willing to give you the answers if you just ask.  Just like this article I am writing, I didn’t just make this stuff up, I asked the wealthy what they did to become wealthy and they told me, now I am giving you the answers to financial freedom.

One of the simplest things to do is start a Network so that you can get people working with you.  Now I say people working WITH you and not FOR you because again it’s a business where everyone has the same amount to gain, unlike Corporate American or a Traditional Business.  You build teams of people that what to make six or seven figure incomes and create more time for themselves.  It’s not easy in the beginning but once the Network starts to build, it tends to continue.

If you ever wanted your money to work for you, then creating passive residual income will give you the opportunity to live a great life.  It’s all about the Network you build and how BIG you want to build it.  It does not take much and you don’t have to recruit hundreds of people to join your Network, you just need a few that see the opportunity.  In the world of leverage, you only need 2 that can turn into thousands of people that will make you fortunes.  But sometimes you have to go through a couple of hundred people, to find those two people and that’s way they call it work.  Building a Network is not easy but very simple on how you get paid and the Compound Interest effect it has to create you massive income.  Once you build a Network it will pay you for a lifetime whether you work or not, far better than a retirement plan, Social Security or anything else because it’s a 6 or 7 figure income.
