With Facebook  you have the opportunity to meet millions of people on the Internet not that you will have the time to talk to all of them but if your building a Network and leveraging other people, that’s where the power comes in.  I have meet not only some great people that have become new friends but connected with old class mates and family that is keeping us closer together.  VERY IMPORTANT, don’t pitch your family and friends on your product or opportunity because it will only scare them away.  Social Media is about developing relationships and helping people get what they need a desire.  You may think they should join your company but in reality they need you as a friend first.  One program I highly recommend is “Black Belt Recruiting” it will teach you the skills to recruit like a pro.
